上周坐AA航班，飞机上发的一个小册子，好像记得是75000分。
绝对不是executive，因为我看到年费就是95刀。
现在网上申请都是50000分，
我可以打电话问问他们是否可以match不？

总的来讲，trump乱发EO是很坏的信号。但是关于AP这部分，结合上下文，大家一起分
析一下，对EB的AP有没有影响。
(A). propose for notice and comment a regulation that would conform the use
of the secretary's parole authority to the requirements of the immigration
laws and would clarify that parole may never be used to circumvent statutory
immigration policy or admit into the United States entire classes of
foreign nationals who do not qualify for admission under existing
immigration categories; and
(B) immediately terminate all existing parole policies, guidance, and
programs that do not comport with the principles described in subparagraph (
A) of this paragraph or that otherwise do not comport with the requirements
of the INA;

从前的AP使用是最自由的，现在加载任何条款上的约束肯定不会是利好。

没有任何影响，485 AP是移民法给的福利，床总要取消的是那些 parole used to '
circumvent statutory immigration policy' 的钻空子做法。我听说有些非法移民偷
渡入境没有记录，不能调整身份，就用parole出去转一圈再回来。
他说要确保“conform the use of the secretary's parole authority to the
requirements of the immigration laws” 也就是说只要按照移民法条文规定的都没
问题。

你这么说要不就是没通过EB拿绿卡，要不就别有用心。
填过I131 https://www.uscis.gov/i-131表的人都知道，有一部分AP就是给DACA(
allows certain undocumented immigrants to the United States who entered the
country as minors to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action
from deportation and eligibility for a work permit.)申请的(part3.
If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to
Part 7; DACA recipients must complete Part 4 before skipping to Part 7.)
限制也都是给这种人的。EB类型绿卡拿到的AP不会有这些限制。
