我们小孩在密西根出生，到加州一年多，我们先通过邮寄办理了密西根州务卿认证，可
否到旧金山办理出生证领事公证？芝加哥领事馆不接受邮寄申请，去一趟也太麻烦了。

同样用VST全聚合的话，这个和小米盒子哪个好？家里有个小米盒子2，但是现在越来
越慢，正在考虑要不要换一个。

VST被我淘汰了。现在直播用电视家，欧美点播用TVMC，国内点播用快手。

Five TV的硬件和WiFi好像都强大不少。

领事认证需要严格按领馆辖区范围办理，因为每个州的州务卿签字与印章只在一个领馆
备案。
决定在哪个领馆申请认证时，应该看出身证是哪个州签发的，而不是你们现在的居住地。

我说的这几个应用都可以在fire TV上用。fire TV box硬件确实强，唯一美中不足的是
对国内搜狐源的硬解支持不行。

I just got american express offer today through email. Maybe check your
mailbox? I am not sure.
I rarely purchased anything from amazon. So I used the discount on Fire TV
and gift to my parent.
If you like to purchase other thing from Amazon, maybe you can use $15 for
other item.
