今天收到 RFE，要求证明公证处的英文件的翻译员是能胜任的：
"You have submitted a foreign-language document in support of your Form I-
485 application and it was accompanied by a complete English translation:
The translator must CERTIFY that he or she is competent to perform the
translation and that the translation is accurate. Any English translation
MUST be submitted together with a copy of the translated (foreign-language)
original. Please provide a certified English translation of your birth
certificate."
交给 USCIS 的是原件。
我的出生公证是在直辖市的一个主要公证处做的，
包含中文和英文，装订在一起，两份上面都有钢印。
但 USCIS 不承认 Notary Public 具有翻译的能力。
请大侠指点，还能做些什么才能满足要求？
拿着原件到美国当地找个翻译？
也就是出具新的英文翻译 以及 证明翻译员胜任的文件？
并不一定非得去证明国内公证处的翻译能力吧？
