记得以前GV收发短信是免费的。现在手机上现在只有Hangout。这里说要收费：

用手机号的是走carrier的，你的正常carrier fee applies。
用GV号的是走data的，不花TEXT钱，但用data。
hangouts可以两个号都用，自己设发出用哪个号。

打电话要显示google number必须用google voice设置一下。
短信和接电话是hangout设置。

1 如果用hangout选通过自己手机号码发送 那么hangout就相当于一个短信发送软件 对
方显示的是你的手机号码 走的carrier的网络 自然carrier有可能会收费
2 如果用hangout通过gv账户发短信 走的是Google的网络 那么对方显示的是你的gv号

搭车问，为啥我在电脑上用google voice 可以打电话到中国。但是手机上下载的
hanouts或者hangouts dialer只能打美国的电话，打中国的电话响一声就断呢？谢谢！

可以笼统的理解为hangouts就是电话机，可以使用不同的电话service，譬如可以用自
己的手机号来发短信。google voice就是电话service，目前美加电话短信彩信免费，
以后不知道。
以前google voice有一个单独的app，做的比较烂，经常短信来了收不到。现在挂靠到
hangouts上后没有这个问题。
google voice app还有几个功能hangouts不能完全实现：1、直拨国际长途，或者直拨
任何电话，用google voice号码的caller ID。2、管理voicemail。hangouts听留言没
问题，但是删留言还得进google voice，要么用app，要么上网站。
不过现在google voice全面支持彩信它也是好事，尤其是我这样长期的google voice短
信用户，彩信收不到一直是诟病。

请问在 iphone上怎样用hangout通过gv账户发短信？
我前几天发帖子问，没有人回答。
我在iphone上可以用hangouts通过gv拨打、接听电话，hangouts可以接收gv的短信，接
到后回复也没有问题。
但是，用hangouts通过gv发不出短信，输入电话号码和短信后，hangouts用来发短信的
那个绿色三角形图案是灰的，按不动。
另外一个问题，就是收到短信后，想把号码存下来的时候，不能编辑姓名之类的信息。
