想换成Note2，先在R+网站check Device。
结果吓一跳:

Unfortunately, your device either has a balance due with your current
provider (including having time left on a multi-year subsidized plan, unpaid
early termination fees, or other outstanding balance), or is otherwise
currently ineligible for registration. Please check with your current
provider to determine why your device is ineligble to be transfered.
If you believe your device should be eligible and have checked with your
existing provider, please send the following information to [email protected]
.net:
- Your Device MEID
- Your RingPlus Phone Number (if available)
- Which Plan you were considering registering.

明明查过swappa的，是clean ESN啊。
赶紧call sprint，主家也说clean esn，想入sprint acct可以。
这就理解不了了。
写了信(对，只能写信)给R+，几天了，说要调查。
这不，还在等。
有人有类似经历吗？
