Just opened my echo today, the registration with an android app is easy, my
echo shows up in my online device list. Alexa even confirmed that the setup
is complete.
Then I called Alexa, the blue lightring showed up as expected, BUT asked
Alexa a question, no response; asked her to play music, no response; then
after roughly a minute, the red lightring showed up and Alexa complains that
she had trouble connecting. The small light turned into blinking orange
from solid white as well. Then the unit stays in the disconnected mode for
good.
Tried to restart router, no help; reboot the unit, no help; Reconnect to
wifi network, no help; de-registed from my device list and setup again, no
help; reset unit and setup again, no help;
My home network is 192.168.168.xxx, so no conflicts with the 11.x subnet.
I am completely out of cards, any help?
