EB2/3 2018年9月底状态变成ready to schedule interview，然后就一直没信，在DC
前几天律师发信问uscis查状态，回信说：
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your
case is pending and no additional information is being requested from you at
this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a
timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national
security and compliance with all relevant directives. We are unable to
determine at this time when the review process for your I-485 will be
completed. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from
us, you may contact our National Customer Service line using the information
below or you can visit your local office by making an InfoPass appointment
on our Web site
请问大家make an infopass appointment有用吗？还是只能接着干等？多谢！
