pp了一周，刚收到信息，RFE
公司是小公司，不过去年加入了一个大集团，简称 P, a G group company
内容好像是质疑公司的pay的能力：
Please sumbit evidence that P, a G group company has the ability to pay the
beneficiary's wage of $$$$$:
1. submit the 2011 and 2012 US corporate income tax return for P, a G Group
company
2. submit any W2 wages (2011, 2012) paid to beneficiary by P, a G Group
company
This is the petitioner's opportunity to meet their legal burden of proof to
establish eligibility in all respects.
Whenever any person makes an application for an immigration benefit, they
shall bear the burden of proof to establish eligibility for the benefit
sought. Therefore, the petitioner must prove, by a preponderance of the
evidence, in other words, that it is more likely than not, that the
beneficiary is fully qualified for the benefit sought.
Accordingly, the decision will be based on the initial evidence submitted
upon filling and all additional evidence submitted in
response to this request.
很多问题要请教下大家：
1. 这个rfe只是要提供材料证明公司的pay的能力？是否意味着我个人方面的条件过关
了？
2. 我没太看懂第二段的意思，说让公司establish eligibility。这段话还是针对pay
的能力的一般公文性质的表述？
还是说要公司也要证明所有的eligibility，包括research方面的成果等等？
3. “the petitioner must prove that it is more likely than not, that the
beneficiary is fully qualified for the benefit sought”啥意思啊？
