请教大家，收到一封邮件，具体内容如下,这个是不是骗子，想让我打开那个文件，文
件里是病毒？

I guess that you are the request sender, as long as it contains your
individual data:

Address xxx
Phone xxx
The question is - where did you get private info about my account and why
you have sent an request for payment. I dont know who you are and I don't
want to cause any sort of inconvenience. But my advocate gave me
recommendation to contact the police relatively the fraud request. However,
I do not want to hurry up with this, and first of all, I'm going to find out
all theessential info from you. I have attached the payment details in the
text document below.
For security reasons file was crypted by password - 1105.
I expect answer and interaction from you as soon as you can.
