你在哪里？？？妈妈好想你。我希望可以再一次看到你开心的笑脸，看看你读书学习
认真地表情，看到你第一次跳下水勇气，你吃饭时条剔的神情，你和其他小朋友在一起
开心的表情。
我想问问，美国的法官是人吗？？不顾人性把我们母子分开？？？
请问美国有法律吗？？

The problem is the hearing judge Marguert Downing, Judge Hiroshige's frind.
And court of appeal, second district, division 2. We did. And Judge
Hiroshige had testify in the court that he is the father for Joshua. The
transcript I had turn into the LA count supervisor board meeting. But no
action has taken. The last board meeting I went, I request the supervisor to
move judge Margurate Downing from the banch by allowing social worker to
file false report, and also bag the supervisor to get attorny general
involved.
Do you how many lawyer I had paid and did nothing for me. The only way to
resolve this problem is have Attorny General involved to resovle this
problem.
I can upload the transcript into the web, please teach me how???

大家好，我是WinnieTin，我的孩子被法官送去给别人领养拉。美国没有司法公正。
听审的法官是我前未婚夫，JudgeHiroshige的同事， Judge Marguerate Downing, a
judge in Monterey Park, CA. Judge Downing 不仅把Judge Ernest Hiroshige 的
perternity issue cover 起来，而且允许社工做假的文件，把我的孩子从我的家里拿
走，把我做父母的权力剥夺。这件事已经会报道 LA COUNTY SUPERVISOR‘S BOARD
MEETING， BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN。
请大家帮我想办法，声援我，让政府的孩子还给我。我的手机是626-840-5616。我的

还有这个child custody issue 以经上拉 Court Of Appeal，second district,
division 2, 但是里面的Justice 是Judge Hiroshige 的好朋友

没用，前后已经过10几个律师，听审的法官是他的同事，上诉庭的JUSTINCE是他的好朋
友。请大家帮我顶贴。

你这个比较难，告法官啊，你凭什么啊？人家比你在法律方面要比你门清多了，你打这
个官司的时候就没有考虑到这是什么样的案件，这不是普通的纠纷案，现在你找了10个
律师都办不了事，难道还不能说明什么？如果你知道怎么打这个官司，现在就不会到这
里来问了。这里有人会比你更清楚么？
我建议你去华人找艾妞妞，去文学城找法律版的版主单身老猫，好象后者在加州，说不
定能帮上你。

What are the legal grounds that the court decide to remove your kid from
your custody?
If that dickhead is the father of your son, you are no doubt the biological
mother of your son, the court could not simply come in and take him away and
place him under foster care. have you committed any crimes that warrant
this legal action? are you on drugs that render you incapable of parenting?
are you psychologically, emotionally unstable such that, in courts view,
by not removing your kid from you will essentially jeopardize the welfare
of your kid? are you financially insolvent and consequently you are not
capable to be a provider to your kid? are you on deportation list? Anyway
there must be a reason which you have not fully revealed here!

I am the child biological mother. None of those.
I do not do drugs, I was not involved with any crime, I am emotional stable,
I have high moral. I am financially fit to raise my son on my own.
It is judge Hiroshige influence the social worker to write a false report to
the court, the hearing judge covers up the crime. I can email every body
the court paper.
Please help me.

You did not answer the most important question:
What are the legal reasons that the government take away the kid from you?
There must be a reason to do that, albeit outrageous or ridiculous one!

As long as wiretapping warrant is issued by a judge, they can track anyone's
phone in this country. But they should do so under pretty strict rules,
otherwise all phones can be wiretapped for any trivial things. Consult an
attorney on that to find out. So in this case the judge must have issued
such warrant to do that and unfortunately that judge may be the one who is
sitting on the other side of the table from you.

Lady,
Though i am not a lawyer, but using common sense, I suggest that you stop
publishing any postings that may sound like a false/wrong statement or
accusations or even attacks of the legal system in this country, even though
you think otherwise. This is rather a tactical maneuver in case you go to
the court or be sent to the court by your opponent. They will gather
anything that you have said in public and use them against you. So be
prudent when you say, how you say and what you are going to say. It is
completely fine to narrate your story in a matter of fact way. Be consistent
so that you don't leave any loopholes in your story

你要告法官，很难。律师们一般也不想得罪他们。
你需要找个人有足够的动机来帮你。
钱，你估计没那么多，多到律师不计后果跟几个法官作对。
能不能找个和对方很不对付的法官/律师/政客，一心想搞垮他们，能找到这么个有足够
动机的人，你还有点戏。

找媒体，中国的也行。找当地华人团体，找中国大使馆。
贺梅案记得嘛？人家贺绍强是屡战屡败，还不是笑到了最后。

lz大约不能和韦维比，韦维在中国是名人有钱人，她前夫倒不是什么大名人，所以虽然
据她称被前夫危胁迫害，毕竟她比一般人能量大很多，拿回抚养权也没有什么悬念。

韦维前夫据说也是音乐人，应该挺富有的。说把她放在城堡里当公主？我是道听途说的
。当时那瑞典（？还是瑞士？）政府把3孩子叛给爹了，不就是欺负韦维离开中国没靠
山呗。美国还是法治国家，这不表明大家都是好人，但是还是要学会入乡随俗，争取自
己的权益。LZ大概要准备好长期抗战了。

律师里还是会有正义感的律师的，lzmm在这里发帖问我们一代移民，还不如专心找一个
可以替你翻案的好律师---如果你说的是事情的话。runningrabit都问你好多次，到底
人家做什么假让你失去抚养权？如果是作假，总会有破绽的。只要你坚持fight，一定
能要回你的孩子的。

另外，现在科技这么发达，tap你的电话，很好解决啊，买个paid phone好了，他如何
知道你买了paid phone?
