Kroger sell $500 Amazon gift card, but it says Amazon gift card for
electronic. Is that means the gift cards usage is limited to special
electronic products ot it can buy anything in amazon.com?

我现在的health insurance是oxford Health Plan (New York) ，三个星期前生了孩子
。我们公司的family plan很贵，所以我不打算把孩子加到我现在的保险里。所以我想
问下面两个问题。
1.如果我不把孩子加入现在的保险,Oxford会不会cover我和孩子住在医院48小时的费用
2.如果我不把孩子加入现在的保险,Oxford会不会cover出生以后前31天的和newborn相
关的费用，比如儿医。
我和Oxford的两个representative通过电话，他们给我的回答不一样，所以搞的我很茫
然。
关于第一点，我比较有把握是会cover的，因为我在New York政府的网站上找到相关的
法律
条款。
关于第二点，有一个representative说会cover，他说New York政府刚刚通过了一个新
的条款要求保险公司必须cover前31天的费用。（我忘记问他是什么条款了，而且我在
网上也找不到这个条款），但是另外一个representative就说不会cover。
希望有懂的朋友解答一下哈！
