The United States Presidential Scholars Program is "one of the Nation's
highest honors for high school students" in the United States of America.
It was established in 1964 by executive order of the President of the United
States to recognize and celebrate the most distinguished American
graduating high school seniors. Each year, the United States Department of
Education and the Presidentially-appointed White House Commission on

I believe so. It is really hard to become an eagle scout.
Eagle Scout is the highest rank among Boy/Girl Scout members, above that of
Star and Life Scouts. This rank is achieved by 4% of all Scouts, and has
been given to more than a Million people since its inception in 1911. It is
awarded to Scouts who consistently perform to the best of their personal
ability, exceeding expectations at every stage.

I was thinking along the same way. Too hard. Plus, it takes more than
selling cookies or popcorns to become an eagle scout.
