Description
Primary Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for development of ATM applications which are
deployed globally in Citigroup. As part of this role, the individual will be
required to design, develop and deliver solutions that meet our business
needs and support our Technology and Operation partners in all supported
regions for issues associated with a large variety of ATM Hardware models
and Software version.
• Good understanding of Self Service Information Technology
environment.
• Experienced in development and a technical support role, Technical
Documentation writing and Automated installation.
• Assist with systems analysis and design activities and create
software component designs and specifications.
• Build software components and test these components and produce unit
test plans and test results.
• Support integration testing, systems testing, user acceptance
testing and implementation, provides appropriate level of defect triaging.
• Ensure that software configuration management is completed for all
development activities and appropriate, comprehensive project time reporting
.
• Manages/owns the end to end SDLC process • Walk internal users
through 'use cases' as to how it should work, functional and operational.
• Recommend best practices and incorporate industry leading processes
and tightly work with all teams to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .Net, Visual Basic, ClearCase,
JavaScript, VBScript, DHTML • Good knowledge of Windows OS environment
• Experience with integrated software/hardware development •
Experience with troubleshooting problems in existing systems
• Experience with ClearCase and/or an enterprise source control
management systems.
• VC++, COM and XFS specifications (knowledge) a plus • Good
knowledge of OOA
• ATM working knowledge desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
