8月份phd毕业了，一直没找到工作，还跟原来的老板做破四刀。
简历投啊投啊都麻木了，竟然正式的电面都没有一个。
好容易啊特别喜欢的一个工作招人了，投了被电面了吧，答得很不好，好像跟对方期望
的偏差很大。非常沮丧。
周末其实也一直在准备的，但是问题好像偏离我的预期，归根结底还是脑子笨，转不过
来弯儿，没思路。
另外也由于一直没被面过，什么技巧都谈不上，弱啊。
虽说面前告诉自己就当是练习了，但是面完这种对对失之交臂的好机会还是很惋惜很失
望。。
以后又不知道要投多久。
虽说两个字move on就好了，但是。。唉。。

Although I guess we're in different industry, I would say that the basic
soft skills are almost the same.
If you have spare time, find native speaker to go through mock interviews
several times. Remember to dress up each time as you'll do for a real one.
If you think you didn't handle the Behavior Qs well, I would recommand 'nail
the interview' and '60 most tough Qs in interview'. Hope these materials
can give you some clues.
