fresh phds are welcome to apply. title is not as important as salary, i
would say.
it is ok that your background doesn't match the JD. however, you need to
convince the team you are genuinely interested in search technologies.

两岁小孩没啥自制力，倒时差时，白天一定要闷头睡，半夜醒来一定要家长陪着玩，很
可能5-20天内让全家都人仰马翻。因此，除非国内有充足人手带娃，否则还是别带着她
们回去出差。
若是要回去，强烈建议买好2岁娃用的发烧感冒拉肚子药，随身带着。常见病不出这几
样，自己随手可治，用药也放心得多。

能预约最好预约，我家哪的医院可以vip预约，一年多交几百块钱。不预约直接排队也
行，就是要排几小时。

yes. we need those skill sets. search in industry consists of a variety of
roles though, such as, text processing, deployment, web services, lucene/
solr customization, and etc.
