我有一单staples的，因为cc超balance了csr打电话来改了cc再下单，我当时问csr说仍
然是这个transcation只是payment变了
结果现在等了很久shopper都没post出来，是因为它认为是phone下单了吗
跟shopper联系该怎么说手上也没证据

1st. take it easy. Cashback is just a bonus. If you cannot make it, try, if
it still does not work out, let it be. 心态很重要
2nd. for "try". forward your receipt (on it, should have payment card and
billing info) 3 weeks after your order date. Most likely Sue will approve
you and credit back. good luck.
