医院卖电脑，一个人发信给我，问：
would it be possible to deliver it to Austria, Europe?
Let me ask you something, it's always something about the price as usual.
There are several offers at U.S. ebay of the bespoke laptop, so my question
is even taking a deal without Ebay to save costs for you is perhaps possible
to get that laptop for 800 USD plus shipping costs to Austria ( shall be ab
out 50 USD or even more, well approximately).
I don't want to sound impolite it's just to find a fair and fast deal.

昨天买了1500没问题
今天去买1500 显示卡没过 用obc过了
给amex打电话 说没有看见任何decline的信息
暗示可能是cvs自己decline了这张卡
有这种可能么?

再刷一次。我遇到过好几次了，第一次刷不过，第二次就过了。。。

这个不是AMEX的问题
我觉得是CVS的问题 24小时内一张卡只能最多刷2k或者clear之前是2k（有两次遇到这
种情况）
貌似最近CVS系统又更新了
