I bought 3 of them, and my rebate is rejected.
What should I do?
They say that the upc is not on the list. Which list? They didn't specify
what kind of body wash is qualified and what is not. Do I
have a point calling them and arguing with them?

我打过电话了，那个csr一听就说应该qualify，让把receipt和rebate form寄到他们给
的那个地址，附上一张纸，说明这个rebate只对产品的category有要求，没有具体的
upc的要求，所以只要买的是body wash，就应该qualify for the rebate。我今天已经
把receipt+rebate form + appeal note寄出去了。

A question about the rebate form, did you posted the one they return back to
you or you filled another one? As they made some noted on it, right?

the requirements on the rebate form, any 3 Olay body wash will qualify for $
15 rebate, and I believe Total Effects body wash falls into the category of
"Body Wash", therefore I should be able to get $15 rebate.".
