I just called the ISS and asked them about my sevis status. They said there
is a pending. However, there is nothing about the receipt number. what does
this mean?

从local小银行汇出，收费10刀，中间行是中国银行纽约分行，问那边收费多少，说不知
查了bocny网站没有相关信息，请问大家有经验么？

应该是中了吧。。没什么动静的一般是active。。
其实一问expiration date就知道了（前提是你的OPT在10.1之前过期）

Used 华美银行 to wire the money from here to Bank of China. $16, no
limitation, about 2 days. There was no charge at Bank of China or middle
bank side.
When I used the Citi to wire the money to Bank of China, they charged me $30
, plus $12 service fee(might be a middle bank?)

你问的方式不对吧，如果是VSC的你要问，在我状态那边有没有什么number starts
with EAC，CA的话就问start with WAC
