CVS屯了一些灰香草。没过段时间就去买些money order.一直无事。昨天买money order
时一张卡不work.回来到onevanilla.com网站查balance,显示card detail cannot be
found.打客服电话，被告知not activated. 让我fax gift card front&back, receipt
和驾照. 我确信每次买完卡都会看收据显示activated才会离开。我收据都在，而且每
张都显示activated.现在问题是CVS收据上只显示card packing后面一长串数字的最后4
位数字而不是gift card最后4位数字。我把packing都扔了。收据有一堆，现在不知道
哪个收据是这张卡的。有什么办法能找出这张卡的收据吗？

I bought a olay at $18.99 and a facial cleanser (for free).
no eb came out.
Is there anyway to get the 10 eb and make money? Thank you!

一家都行吗？

没注意看。。。
如果买的那批卡都还在的话，上onevanilla网站查balance，通过激活时间和收据上的
时间通过排除法确定没激活的那张卡

另外，你可以给客服说你买了好多张，不知道是哪张，他们会让你fax所有的，然后去
调查的

根据我的经验，玩儿香草最怕这类扯皮，和香草公司沟通简直就是噩梦，去年一张卡，
冲不进去，金额变零，前后折腾了1个多月，磨破了嘴皮子才要回来500，期间被当皮球
踢了无数次。
后来发生过两次，冲进去了，可卡上还有500，再冲居然也成功了，本来打算告知他们
修正这个错误，后来想到又要和他们磨一个多月的嘴皮子才能把钱还给他们，我的时间
损失谁来补偿？
于是就笑纳了。

receipt/evidence is still there (or easy to trace). If you need to hold
them for a month or longer, I would suggest you don't open the package and
staple the packs with receipt, or write card numbers on the receipt.

I have all receipts, but didn't keep the packing. The number on receipt is
the one on packing. I just opened all left cards, write the card number on
back of the packing. Checked the balance of all cards, it seems this is the
only one that is not activated. Hope I can get the money back. If not, a
big lesson learned.
