我们郡的property tax有两个日期，一个是due date，一个是late after

Feb 01, 2015 Apr 10, 2015
看说明，貌似错过Late After那个时间要付10% penalty，那前面那个due date意义何
在？

是不是After Due Date有Late Fee, After Later After就Delinquent了？
