我们晚上从长途车上上下来，正在市区路上走，因为一些小事发生争执，结果我想拿着
钱包逃走，老公欲阻挡，使用了半推半打的手段，我大声吼了， 可能被路边人报警了
。结果迅速有警察来逮捕了 ，也不听我的解释与求情，旧奖他带走了。 第二天放出了
他，但给他加了罪名，要上法庭。罪名是：简单攻击，骚扰，妨害公务。。

It is OK. All women are emotional. You are not the worst kind.
Like I said, get a good lawyer. This will be a very long
process. You can't solve the problem in a hurry.
Get a good lawyer and this will go away for sure.
You have to spend a certain amount of money. It is not a
time to be cheap.

If you are going to return home, this is super easy then.
Just said that you can't afford a lawyer and let the court appoint you
a lawyer. Talk to the lawyer. Let him tell the prosecutor that you two
are returning to China soon. They might just drop this.

Seriously, either hire your own lawyer or let the court appoint you one.
You can't trust the police, the judge, or the prosecutor. Only lawyer
is your friend at this time.
Like I said, since you two are going home, this will be easier to solve but
only with the help of a lawyer.
Since your husband was arrested, he will need to explain this arrest
for each visa interview. So it will be a little trouble but not much more.

请问这个法院安排的律师可靠吗，我是说他是法院派来的，会帮着我们说话吗。
要是自己请律师，真是没有经济基础啊，听说很贵的，刚问了免费的，又说我们的年薪
超过那标准3000刀。
我也真不知撞什么邪，碰上这等想都没想过的倒霉事。
不过对你的热心帮助，感恩不尽！

court appointed lawyer may not be the best but sometimes they are not bad.
They will be your advocate so you can trust him. The only thing you may need
to look out for is the lack of competence. So you have to evaluate your
options
carefully.
Since you both are not going to stay in US long term, so your strategy might
be different than others.

有孩子的人家，挣的也不多，钱也不是不重要，不过对于老公的前途，名誉来说，还是

it may not be up to you. To get a court appointed lawyer, you have to
show your financial difficulty. If the court decided that you are poor
enough for its lawyer, you will get one.
I think court appointed lawyer may be just as good as the one you can find
blindly. Of course, you have to keep an eye out for incompetency.
Since you are going to China anyway, it may not be a wise idea to spend
all your money on a lawyer for this.

没事， 律师都不用请，上庭时一般这种情况法官会把案子dismiss掉，连案底都不会留
得。。。

是的，我们都是老实人，一时气大犯着了警察，所以我们准备请律师 解决，就当是 脾
气大的学费吧。
不过 郁闷的是 ，今天老公买东西时，发现钱包里的200多刀现金全没了，期间只有那
警察搜了且拿了或是收了他钱包，我很肯定是那警察拿走了，请问我们还可以做点什么
