跟中信没关系, 现在签证就是只要160了.

how about the picture? Does it have to be uploaded to form when we fill out
the form? Can we stick the picture on the form as usual?

这个问题应该在签证版问的哦!:)
我没有让中信代签过, 但是给爸妈准备的160表, 都是网上上传的照片, 后来去签证的
时候就没有再另外要照片了. 我听说其实是可以选择不上传, 然后带着照片过去的.
不知道中信怎么要求的, 建议你问中信. 反正网上填的那个160表格根本不能打印, 我
爸妈去签证的时候, 是拿着160表上传的confirmation去的, 就一页纸, 也不能贴照片
上去的.

我现在准备我爸妈的代签资料，手上也没有他们的照片，打算弄好160让他们自己贴照

延期不是问题，关键是看你符不符合代签的条件
