从amazon上买了个东西，本来应该是新的，但seller寄给我一个旧的。跟seller联系后
反应很迟
钝，于是在直接通过amazon file a claim。今天收到卖家消息说可以寄个新的给我然
后给我
prepaid shipping label把旧的寄回去给他。 但是他要我先close the dispute。想请
问下我
要先close还是keep it open直到我收到新的东西以后再close呢？谢谢！

Do not close claim before you receive the new item from Seller. The seller
has cheated you once, and may cheat you again. And the seller has nothing to
bargain with you.
BTW, did you contact seller before you filed the claim? If YES, the the
seller deserves a negative feedback or a positive feedback with negative
comments, even if you get a new item.

Thank you! I contacted him several times before the claim. He only replyed
once. Then I filed the claim and got his message. He said he sells both new
and used items, and gave me the wrong one by mistake. And also asked me to
close the case before sending me a new one!

恩，我觉得也是
他既然能骗你一次，肯定可以骗你两次，已经没有信用可讲
你不要关闭，不收到新的都不要关闭
