ask A for someone from your school alumni/hometown to help you make the
decision. ask for more time. remember to appreciate the HR people and the
team who made you offer.
ask B/C to expedite tell them that you have a very good offer from a very
good company. but you really really want to work for B/C. try to talk to
the HM to convince them that you really like their team/product/company.
If B/C simply won't make offer in a timely manner, then tell them that you
are terribly sorry but you will accept A's offer and you value your promises
. It means no matter how high their offer is, you will NOT work for them.
And you will share your experience with your buddies about their company,
that their decision making process is screwed up and put candidates through
the ringers.
They are probably not good companies anyway, or just don't want you.
You need to stand up for yourself and NOT destroy your own reputation
by taking the easy way out.
还有就是recruiters have incentives to help you out. Multiply the incentive
by offering to help them recruit your buddies.
