很多帐单都是online bill,但有些没有设automatic payment,需要我看到bill后自己付
，回中国online付信用卡（citi,discover)，水电气费不会有问题吧？
还有，在中国可以上mitbbs,文学城吗？

no problem for payment. If you worry about that, you can pay a little bit
more before you leave. Probably no one care about the interest for that
amount of money.
You can go to misbbs.com.cn. You may not visit some boards....
No, you cannot visit wenxuecity.com.
