我在eaby买了2off的tide的coupon，昨天买的，怎么现在还没有给我任何邮件呀，很少
在ebay买东西，不知道怎么联系seller。
就只给我发了一个这样的邮件：

去 my eBay --> Purchase History 找到你买的那个transaction，右边就有一个标志指示
shipped mm/dd/yyyy 或者淡出不显示就是 not shipped yet，右边 more actions 里面有
contact seller，原因如果不属于任何一类就填 other，然后就像写 email 一样，写完发送记得
抄送自己信箱一份。
如果是付清了款，但是对方没有在指定的时间内给你发 coupon 过来，而且协商无法解决（或者干脆是
诈骗）的话，可以 file a case，escalate case 然后最后能把钱要回来。整个过程需要半个多
月，不过只要是通过 paypal 付款的、或者符合 eBay buyer protection 条件的，在指定的时
间内 file a case，都能把钱要回来。

再请问一下，他们家太慢了，我可不可以cancel.怎么cancel呢？
反正他们还没有ship出来

我给那个seller写了信，都没有反应，再也不在他们家买东西了。

不可能那么快啊，24小时内回信都是正常的

只能征求 seller 的意见来 cancel，一般来说正常的 seller 都会同意的。
下次买东西记得看一看 seller 的 transaction history 和 feedback 怎么样。
如果 seller 很久不回你，那只有两种可能，要么就是骗子，要么就是隔很久都不会登
录 eBay 和注册邮箱的那一种人。

我选的那种是top rate的seller，没想到也是这样的。
coupon这种东西又不象别的。可以等。
