请问staples mail in rebate 的问题

刚刚online买了一个FAR的download 版的McAfee 2012 AntiVirus Plus 1 User
才发现不是easy rebate而是$30 Mail in Rebate。
看那个rebate form说需要
Attach the following required proof of purchase for McAfee 2012 AntiVirus
Plus1 User:
Original UPC
Store Receipt
这个网上买的和download 版的哪有store receipt和Original UPC？
rebate是不是没法寄了，是不需要cancel order啊？

download的确实有这个rebate
但是download按staples的规矩是不能cancel的
http://www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/using/returns_policy.ht
Software: Unopened software that we currently sell may be returned for a
full refund at any time. Opened software can only be exchanged for the same
title version. Downloadable Software is not returnable.
没有mir download版的经验
但是鉴于staples网上写了这个sku
rebate应该是可做
具体需要什么可以试着online chat咨询一下

多谢，刚刚打了电话。确实不能cancel download的order。
但是staples说止需要email confirmation 就可以了，就是不知道到最后会不会认账。

备好所有证据
感觉应该没问题
要upc无非就是不想让人resell
download版不受此影响
