My CVS Story
I went to CVS once and waited in line for about 1/2 hour. By the time I got
to t
he counter, they told me I waited in the wrong pharmacyline and had to wait
in t
he other line. So I waited another 20 minutes in the other line. Then the
same p
erson angrily asked what I wanted. I told her I came for a prescription my
docto
r ordered. She was rude and cruel and asked me my last name five times
before ge
tting the spelling correct then told me my prescription had not yet been
filled.
I told her I needed my prescription filled, that is why I was there. She
then b
ecame very angry and rudely told me that this line was for pickups only. I
asked
her if she remembered that she just told me a 1/2 hr ago to wait in this
line.
She said she doesn't have the time for this and can't remember every single
pers
on who happens to walk by her counter. I then left and went across the
street to
Walgreens.
There was no line at all. The pharmacist was right there and spoke with me
direc
tly, he filled my prescription while I waited. Five minutes later he gave me
my
pills, talked about my medications and side effects and I was on my way. I
then
realized I will never, as long as I live, set foot in another CVS again. So
woul
d you like to know what you can do with your coupon?
