Your answer is not correct.
For the in-store purchase, you'd better submit rebate request online
using the RFN number on the receipt (though mail-in with the printed
monthly pdf is also fine). Multiple items can be submitted
simultaneously.
For the online purchases, you have to submit as mail-in. One specific
rebate form (ATTENTION: not the monthly pdf for in-store purchases) for
one item in each envelope (with original UPC scissored, or UPC code
written down depending on requirement, together with packing slips),
which is recommended way by Walgreens.
