给朋友买了张costco的cash card。请问
1. 是不是朋友没有membership也能用？
2. 这个cash card用完了能充值吗？
3. 只有cash card能用costco的in store coupons book吗？怎么能拿到in store
coupon book？

3 能用，service柜台拿（如果还有）

查了一下官方确实可以直接用cash card
看来我们这里有些小二需要培训了

sorry, no chinese
depends on the cashier
I share the card with a friend, but the address is his, once I asked for the
coupon book, the cashier told me she need the address , but I could not
remember, so I didn't get the coupon that time.
Since costco has self-checkout, for most of the time there's no problem to
use the coupon by yourself

的，
2. 这个cash card用完了能充值吗？，。。。。。有会员卡的采恩那个充值
3. 只有cash card能用costco的in store coupons book吗？怎么能拿到in store
coupon book？。。。。。。。在SERVICE的柜台随便拿，哈哈

1. 没有membership似乎进不了门，另外我们这边付账的时候都要先扫membership card
2. 能充值，需要membership card
3. in store coupon 柜台随便拿，前提是你能进去。
