in total(including to the doctor, the hospital, the epidural, and the

They only told me 90% covered, and did not give me a rough estimate of the
total cost...
Actually I am considering 2 choices, another is paying $140 more per month before tax in insurance premium, but 100% covered.
Do you know which one is better?

提醒一下，tyson的那个可能是属于meat不参加的。前几天买了一个另外的一包chicken
nuggets就是属于meat，不参加，没出5cat

应该就是一瓶，我以前买的也是送的7days sample，是袋装的，每袋1ml那样，有7袋，
很小

The OOP for that 100% covered is N/A, no deductible, since it is 100%, I
suppose.
OOP for that 90% one is $1500, deductible is $250.
But the monthly cost for 100% is $140 higher before tax.
So if the rough estimate of the total cost is $5000+, I probably will go
with the 100% coverage.

You should really ask your insurance provider, or read your benefit package
for answers to this.
Total charges from hospital can vary a lot from each other.
From what you wrote, covering 90% is 90% of amount of charge approved by
insurance company after deductible.
For example, assuming you have 1000 deductible. Hospital charges you 20K for
the whole thing, Insurance company will negotiate with them and the total
charge will get paid now becomes 12K. You will pay 1000 (ded.) + 10% * 11000
= $210
