朋友今天说4月16日回国可以帮带，国内家人要个IPAD 3，16G，白色，只要WI-FI。请
教怎样买划算？
我在TX，平时买东西税8.25%。

高税的可以macmall打电话订大部分州免税

In Houston or Dallas, bring your China passport to the apple store in
Galleria and ask for tax exempt. They may do it for you. If not, you can do it by yourself at tax refund center.
