就是普通IT公司的招聘要求，有mapping experience优先，有工作经验优先，new grad
看project experience和电话面试结果，也是值得尝试的。

这个组和Uber其他组类似，绿卡政策是case by case, normally 6 months to start
the process, which can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Having mapping experience would be a plus.
Having said that, we already have senior eng/product leadership and ICs from
GoogleMaps, AppleMaps, AmazonRouting, Facebook Geo, Twitter Geo. We are
building on top of these collective experiences and knoweledge and improve
even more. Ability of quickly absorb/learn knowledge from others, fresh way
of thinking, and a solid engineering foundation/mindset is all you need to
succeed here.

可以，但是会遇到和从国内申请任何美国公司都会遇到的签证问题，你可以了解一下现
在H1B的排期。

我们team仍然有~10个headcount在招，senior+ preferred

There are still teams with Eng I and Eng II exceptions that can continue
hiring. We are not senior only yet (but seniors are always preferred).
Keep in mind that if you have contacted others for referral, then priority
will be given to the first referrer, and recruiter for the SF offices will
contact you.
