最近有一笔交易，对方要用paypal付款，由于本人没有使用过paypal，因此有点担心
其
安全。以
下有几个问题。
1. 用paypal安全吗？对方打进来的钱在拿到货后会不会被其自己取消？有没有什么
防
范措施？
2. 是不是让其往我信用卡里bill pay就安全？听说往信用卡里打钱是去不出来的？
3. paypal 可以实现为任何美国的信用卡转钱吗？

1. 不是很安全。有可能会。保存好各种证明，准备好死磕。
2. 也不完全安全。差不多，就算对方可以取出来，也比paypal要费力很多。
3. 不知道。从没有把paypal balance直接转到信用卡。不知道可以这么操作。
ps. 最好的办法就是了解对方，尽可能确保对方不是骗子，再交易。
不然骗子总是比你有经验的。

1. personal PP, can't dispute and cancel
2. bill pay is relatively safe. Once in, can't out
3. paypal can't transfer money to cc
