你说的是receipt number 是公司file revoke给uscis之后 拿到的receipt number吗?
重点是我不知道他们 什么时候/有没有 做这个revoke啊 而且他们也不会告诉我

还是说用以前h1b approval notice的receipt number?
我用approval notice receipt number查，只是说I-129批了，没显示时间

一开始会变成received correspondence from petitioner什么的，过几个月变成

你如果状态没变就是公司还没file revoke

用approval I797上那个receipt number。注册一个账号还可以设置email/text通知，

有的东西，申请h1b不pp，revoke 用pp 这类雇主，要躲远一点啊。。

能算公司运营cost, 然后报税时候有帮助? 还是说移民局会认为他们遵纪守法 是模范
好公司?
还是就单纯为了让你早点失去sponsorship?

关于确认 I-129 withdrawals，
我转一段 EIG 的 Immigration Attorney 给我的邮件：
『Re: Previous petition’s status – while USCIS’s online system does
provide information about your petition(s), in our experience,
the website is not a clear and accurate depiction of the most
recent action taken on your case.
Unfortunately, there is no other way to determine the status of
your previously filed petition. The only parties who would know
this information are your previous employer and their legal counsel. 』
换句话说如果 https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
显示你的 petition 被 withdrawn，那就是被 withdrawn 了；
但不显示不代表没有被 withdrawn。
