真是痛苦死了，先是出现在肚皮上，后来发展到胳膊和腿上，奇痒难耐，看着也很难看
。JMS有什么好办法吗？

需要查一下肝功能确认是不是胆汁淤积，如果是，属于高危妊娠了，一般很少见。大部
分可能是PUPPP，常见的孕期皮疹，买止痒药膏涂一下就可以了。

多谢这个提醒，那我下周去查一下肝功。OB说是PUP,说可以用可的松，或Caladryl。没
敢用可的松，用了Caladryl，感觉没什么用，就好受那么一会儿。难道真要上激素类药
了吗？有没有其他天然无害的偏方啊？你说的止痒药膏具体是什么药膏呀？

可的松，不是激素类的，可以试试看，有些人可的松也没用，得口服那就麻烦了。

I have the same sympton. Try Grandpa's pine tar soap for shower then use Sarna lotion (original formula is better) afterwards.

Thanks a lot! I found Sarna lotion at Wallgreens, but seems Grandpa's pine
tar soap is only available online...

Sarna lotion (original formula is better) afterwards.

You may be able to get Grandpa's pine tar soap from Organic stores, like, GNC
, Wholefood,or whatever organic stores around. If not, then buy it online. I
found it to be very helpful. When you use it, rub the soap till you get
rich lather and massage into the area where you feel itchy. Also, cool
shower is better than hot shower.
When you use Sarna lotion, pat some water on the itchy area and make sure
the skin is damp (not wet, but damp). Sarna lotion works better on damp skin than on dry skin.
