不知道版上有jm遇到相似情况不。 我12周多去做NT,结合之前的血检，出来唐筛风险是
1：210。 这种情况是直接去做羊穿，还是再等15周去做中期的验血，看结果再去做羊
穿？

穿？”你似乎认为羊穿是15周之前的事情。错了。
15周不可以羊穿。所以没有不到15周直接去做羊穿这个选项。
13周可以做CVS。然后要等一个多月才可以做羊穿。中间几个星期什么也不能做。
所以你如果觉得等待是难挨的，争取做CVS，如果来得及的话。

现在医生说不如直接16周去做羊穿，不要去做第二次血检了。我就想，到底这个第二次
的血检在综合里面算多少分量。值得去等这个结果，等到至少1７或者18周左右第二次
血检综合结果出来了再决定要不要羊穿吗？

相比first trimester screening，第二次的更不准，如果到时候pass了你觉得自己能
放心就行。
如果心里不踏实不如直接做羊穿。

我当初选的是integrated test, 但是11周验血和nt 做完之后，人家就先给了个ratio,
所以我才比较搞不清楚，不是说两次抽血和nt加起来的结果准确率才是90%？ 问我医
生，到底第二次抽血在整个result里占多大比重，也没得到明确回答，说是电脑算的。

当初是说11周血检，NT,和15周以后的血检三项加起来才给ratio的，不过做完前两项的
时候，直接就先给了个ratio, 所以，我才比较confuse.....

反正 两次血检， CVS 的准确率都不太高。 还是羊穿最准， 99.xx% 还可以通过染色
体看你家娃的性别。
