For a family of 4, should I buy 3 cups one or 5.5 cups one? Any advice?

是说两大人两小孩么？3cup很勉强。我家是5.5，两大人一小孩，平时做饭要2.5cup（
第二天一人带饭），如果要做菜饭/杂粮/brown rice最多只能4cup，只有白米能up to
5.5cup
