现在还没明白，如果balance为零还需不需要cancel，不及时cancel会不会为负，因为
网上给了ssn，对credit是不是有影响。后悔给了。
打电话cancel on hold，看sd上说都1,2个小时还on hold呢，有没有别的办法cancel。
如果没有link paypal，没法登录
据本店经理直接打给paypal，说limit应该是1，这钱是paypal出的，所以没收了我一张
50。。。。。看sd上面有的店都直接藏起来了，嗯，估计留着小二自己买吧。

card away ( CSR said "discard" it.)

Good. 我看那个pdf card agreement 也是这个意思。扣掉的月费是min(bal, 4.95).

请问打的什么号码?我打那个8667536440,到现在还没打通,一个卡到现在还没有激活.以
后就是给我50真钱,我也不敢跳他家了
太不靠谱儿了

closed 3 and activated 1. And asked her a lot of questions.
One question is " one paypal account, one linked card. " And even you close
the linked card, the paypal account is "functional dead" as to no longer to
link any new card.

问题是，他们还会给寄一张卡的，寄的卡会继续收月费么？

卡后面还写着90天没活动才收这4.95呢。卡是可以扔掉，但是激活的时候开了帐号的话
，这个帐号每个月收费是4.95。如果不用，还是要把真个账户关掉，要不估计以后有麻
烦。

刚才打866那个电话，CSR说，现在不能关，因为关了merchandise 就收不到钱了。我说
那你们是假debit card, debit card不都是马上钱就收走了的吗！
估计paypal想多挣每月的4.95，
不同的客服对政策理解也不一样啊。

link是需要register或者在paypal 账户里link的吧。激活填表时填了有paypal账户，
但是账户没有这个卡的信息。

同没卡的信息，只激活，没有link。
