This guy first claimed Fedex package lost. After I told him it was delivered
to the rental office, here is the new email:

Hi
I received the item, but item is not as described (see below as per your
listing)
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging
(where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is
found in a retail store
This is used item, not in original packing. Scratches and clearly visible as
used item. Please arrange return shipping label to return this item.
Please return my money along with shipping amount. This is not as per your
listing.

有很多东西要放，上次OFFICE DEPOT免费的只跳了2个，后悔了。就是那种3个小抽屉
的那种

这种evil有啥好处呢？就是指望最早claim没收到白拿东西是吧？现在计划破灭，就乱编
