我们家宝宝小的时候（上辅食前）
经常5~7天不poopoo,,,
那时候全母乳。。
我们当时还很担心宝宝便秘，
但是看他poopoo的时候大便不是很干燥，
就放心了，应该是他吃的母乳都能够消化了所以没有poopoo..
后来上了副食，变成几乎每天一poopoo了，
所以，还是根据自己的情况问问看儿医吧
