不一样。副卡也可以参加Amex的活动。

You need to copy ALL PAGES in the passport, including blank pages.

Just one reminder, the visa extension process is taking much longer now.
My parents extended their visa in 2009 and got approved in 1.5 months.
My mother in law did it in 2010. It took 2.5 months.
On USCIS case status webpage, the average time listed is taking up to 4.3
months now.

护照空白页不用印。

that is going to be 36 pages! I do not think that is what USCIS really want
but..

Better safe than sorry. That's why I copied all 36 pages (you can copy on
both sides of the paper).
When I extended my parent's visa, you can imagine how heavy the package
weighted when I mailed all supplement documents to USCIS....
Oh, another reminder, you can go to your bank to 公证 ur parent's passport
first page when they are still here. Then next year, you can claim them as
dependents on ur tax return.
