很少在ebay上购物，今天显示delivered,但是没有收到东西，是直接联系seller，还是
paypal,或者dispute credit card? 谢谢。

usps sometimes makes this kind of mistake. It could be in your local post
office. Call the post office with tracking #. They can tell you where the
item is. It happened to me a couple of times. Post office really sucks.

对的，有时候usps找错地方了，还把包裹退给seller.你去邮局找找看，要是没有，先
联系seller.看seller怎么说，要是他再寄一个给你，就算了；要是不寄就找ebay客服
，再不行就找paypal了。
