I heard one nurse, by mistake, gave two same shot to a baby. She forgot that
she had already given one, and the parents asked after the second shot.
this is a little bit scary because it happened to people we know.
so better pay more attention what shots are given in the doctor office.
I really wonder how many parents really double check the prescription that
the doctor gives; in face the nurses write the prescription and the doctor
signs on it.

我女儿第二次的乙肝就被重复打了。
一个月的时候打过；两个月时搬家到另外一个州，又被打了一次。打过之后我才发现的
，去问医生，他们说这里的乙肝第二针是在第二个月打的；我说女儿以前的record给你
们了，上写地清清楚楚的，已经在一个月的时候打过了。他们说，这里的乙肝是和别的
疫苗合在一起的，因为要打别的疫苗，所以乙肝被顺带打了。。。
听了大怒，马上换了医生，想找证据告，但一直找不到有力的证据，就算了。
