卖了个QB simple start. 今天收到病人的信：
I just received your package. I was expecting a 2012 software package as you
have listed in the Title line of your Ebay ad. I received from you a 2011
product that does not work, this product you sent me must be activated by
November 2011 in order to function. I would like to return the product to
you for a refund. Please let me know the return information/name/address so
I can return it to you ASAP. Thanks.
我的QB就是从staples买的，准确时间不记得了，大概是2011下半年free after rebate
的时候。这个软件还有必须什么时候激活的限制？多谢回答。
