卖出的货物已退款给客人 ,Final Value Fee可以要求恶霸退款吗?

网上单, store pick up, 明明写的ready, 到了却说没货, 系统就不经我同意, 自
动cancel order, $20/$20 facebook coupon 就这么没了,这个是一次性 per account
once吗? even if I use another $20/20 bar code, it won't work?

我去的北加的sears,也是显示可以取货了,但check不到!
工作的一个亚裔老大叔特别热心。各种办法帮我check
salecheck no
名字
电话
信用卡 (不好使)
以上都没查到,结果他说用placed date 再试一试,终于找到了我的东西,
一趟趟折腾了好半天。
下次mm可以打印一下member里的order history。
这样有各种信息让他们一个一个check!

可能需要call, 我发过email, 他们回复要求电话联系

你情况和楼主不一样,她的是ORDER直接被CANCEL了,所以根本找不到
这种情况下只能找他们MANAGER了
我也被WALMART这样玩弄过,显示READY了,去了却发现取消了

先别说胖子废掉,说ready去了又被砍单,起码得赔偿你汽油费!
它家不是取货超过5分钟要给5刀胖子补偿的嘛,有次我取货超过5分钟就得了5刀

我的意思是argue的重点不是胖子,是他们浪费了你的时间和感情,我想胖子废了经理
应该也没办法给你个新的,但是时间感情浪费了经理是有权限补偿你的。。。

对对,明明网上显示店里有货,可是到pick up之前就给你砍掉了,胖子白白的就浪费
掉是挺生气的。所以有时候我宁愿去店里直接买。pat pat楼主。

谢谢大家,可惜argue来argue去都没有用了,问了店里的manager, 也给customer
service 打了电话,接到superviosor, the best option is to ship the cancelled
item for free plus a discounted price of $5, 就是说大概$15买原来的东西,没有
任何points back :(
只能move on 了。。。

sears的系统很差,有问题就move on。否则就是浪费精力。

我的是processing了一个多礼拜,想着那几天hot deal下单人多沒催。过了—个多礼拜
再问,人说系统出错没法fulfill,只能砍了,offer free shipping, coupon作废,
东西还涨价了。一个月了,点还没退回来。邮件往来无数,办实事的沒有!

You need to fight for your right!
Tell them you want to talk with manager. You tell the manager that he needs
to compensate you for your time and gas/mileage fee. On top of that, you
lost a 20 off 20 coupon. The manager is able to give you something. The key
is that you have to be firm, and reasonable, and fight for your right. They
know Chinese are easy to deal with. Show them that it is not the case!
I went to sear to pick up an item I ordered online. A guy brought out a
store display model. He asked me to sign the paper and then he promised me
that he will look inside if he can find a one new in box. I told him to find
new one first. He went inside. A minute later, he came back and told me
that this is the only one they had. He said I either take it or leave it. I
told him I ordered a new one and the email said it is ready to pick up. I
want a new one. I need to talk to manager.
A minute later ,manager came out. I told him that I am very disappointed. I
drove 30 min to pick up an item that said it is available, and his worker
even did not apologize to me. The manager listened to me and knows how to
deal with it. He asked me directly what I want. I did not ask a lot. I asked
for 10% discount and a $5 coupon for waiting more than 5 minutes. He said
OK. He gave me cash instead of gift card. The item I ordered has $100 points
back, and adding this 10% off, I am getting it for free.
While all this happening, the guy who was also waiting for pickup, told me
that I should ask for more. He said he won't take just 10% off.
Another example is Lowes. I ordered online, and when I got there to pick it
up, the girl told me they did not have it in stock and the order was
cancelled. I was very upset. I told them that they should contact me first
before I came to the store. They need to compensate for the time I spent to
go to store. The girl said she does not know what to do. I asked for manager
. The manager came out. (I purchased two outdoor carpets original price $110
but it was on 75% off). He told me that I can pick any carpet in store with
similar price, and he will give me 75%. What a great deal. I picked up two
indoor area rug each about $120, and paid at 75% off price.
You need to fight for your right!
