前两天买的GPS，很不满意，没有使用过，我就想退，当时懒了一下，进入账户可以点
击return an item。我以为会跟amazon一样出一个label之类的给我，然后我可以选择
去店里退，或者是邮寄。
结果，我收到confirmation letter：
Return information:
A return specialist will contact you within 3 business days to arrange for
the return pickup.
难道还有人专门到家门口来拿，我怎么觉得事情被复杂化了？有人经历过吗？

拿店里直接退掉

我这种情况，我在网上点击了return item，他们说有人会联系我；
同时我在去店里退，这个staples系统搞得明白吗？

yes, they will send you a label within 1-3 business days. you will attach it
on the box and drop to any ups location. That is my case.

wow多谢多谢。请问这个邮寄费用会不会从我的order里deduct掉？
我真心不希望来人取，因为这样我的schedule就很不方便了。

my order was defective, so they don't charge return shipping fee. I don't
know if they will charge you.

一般是在online按return，Staples会给你label或直接派人来取，如果派人来取但你没
办法在家等，你可以online chat跟客服讲一下，请他们直接给你label。

我也觉得是，其实，我只是deliver到店里不就完事了吗？我以为会有这个option，比
如amazon会有好几个option给我们，我们可以选择return最方便的方式。这一点
staples做的还是不行啊。他们家倒是开始卖各种各样的东西，走amazon路线啊。
