前两个月都基本上一次能睡个4，5个小时，喂一次奶就天亮了。可是最近几天，不知道

Before sleep training, make sure your baby doesn't wake up frequently
because of teething, too warm, too cold, hungry, reflux, sick etc .
We used cry-it-out method. My baby cried for 35min the fist night when we
put her in bed , then once 5 min in the middle of the night. Next day she
slept through the night and even nap well during the day! It worked
amazingly for us! But it was very difficult to hear her crying! Each baby is
different and each family's situation is also different.So I would suggest
you to read more about sleep training and choose a method that is suitable
for you and your baby. Good luck!

neck or back arching during or after feeding
painful wakeups from sleep or poor sleeping habits
sudden burst of painful crying
dry cough
choking

我儿子没有dry couph,choking,frequent hiccups,2个月到5个月严重厌奶，现在在吃
probiotics，好多了，我在网上查了一下，probiotics 对reflux也很有好处，所以不
管是不是，就接着吃吧。现在主要就是晚上老醒。

这样啊，学习了。前端时间我家的懒腰特别多，我还犯嘀咕。 但那时没有arching
