01／05／2015 收到医院帐单 patient owes $2726 ( service date 05/13/2013 for
some tests before giving birth to a new born baby)
打电话去问为啥 got bill so late
"we have been contacting your insurance company back and forth for so long,
at that time we are not in the network.
Now we joined the network.
You can just pay us $200. That's it.

这跟水份关系不大，跟整个医疗体系有关，200和2000就是有保险和没保险的区别

医疗机构有规定这种情况不许收病人很多吗？

都有保险，就是账单推迟了一年半才收到。

其实可以去保险公司网站上查的

里面说了现在是保险公司的network hospital 所以便宜了

Service Date is 05/13/2013
Now Job changed, insurance changed.
